You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before your chosen slot through support or your account. Cancellations inside that window may not be refundable if a professional is already assigned.

If we cannot fulfill a booking, or a paid job is not completed as specified, we refund the eligible amount to the original payment method. Contact +91 80 4680 1200 for refund status.
